Your Last Chance for Family Fun at the
Cleveland Auto Show

Cleveland, OH (March 1, 2013) – If you haven’t made it out to the Cleveland Auto Show yet, there’s still a lot to see and do in its last three days. In addition to more than 1,000 cars in 1.2 million square-feet of exhibit space and Ride-N-Drive events from 13 different brands offering test drives of more than 60 different models, there are numerous celebrity appearances and special events on this last weekend.

On Saturday, March 2, Cleveland Browns’ Phil Taylor will be in Ford’s ESPN Zone from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. At noon, head to Mazda’s booth to meet and greet Channel Three’s Hollie Strano and Michael Cardamone. They will be there until 2 p.m.

The 15th Annual Classic Car Competition awards ceremony also happens at 2 p.m. in the South hall, where you can find out who wins the $1,000 Car of the Show prize, as well as the five runners-up who receive $200 each.

On Sunday, March 3, C.J. Miles from the Cleveland Cavaliers will be in the Kia display from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

At 4:30 on Sunday, you’ll want to head to the Official Vehicle Giveaway booth for the Grand Finale of the Show. The finalists who have been selected each day of the show are invited back for two grand prize drawings to see who will win the 2013 Chevrolet Traverse and the 2014 Chevrolet Impala. Each finalist will be given a key. The key that opens the door of the vehicle takes it home as the grand prize. One lucky contestant will also take home one year’s free worth of natural gas for the home, courtesy of IGS Energy.

So if you still haven’t made plans this weekend, stop out to the show. And if you’re in the market for a vehicle, the show is still a very valuable one-stop shop in your search for the perfect new ride.

Tickets are $12.50 for adults and $10.50 for seniors and pre-teens. Children 6 and under get in free. Parking is also free courtesy of your franchised new car dealers.
