Group Health Plan

Medical Mutual Superwell Program
July 10, 2008

Medical Mutual Superwell Program

On July 1, 2008 Medical Mutual of Ohio combined the BabyLink, Balanced Outlook, Breathe Easy, Diabetes Advantage, Heart Sense and Pain Solutions programs into ONE Health Management Program called SuperWell Disease and Maternity Management Program.

This Plan enhancement is important because it now allows you and your employees and their families to receive information or health coaching for multiple conditions.  In the past, participation was limited to only one health management program even when multiple conditions existed.

Enclosed please find the formal correspondence from MMO with additional details. This may be circulated to your employees.

If you have any questions regarding this or your Group Health Plan in general, please do not hesitate to contact Christine Horvath at your Association at
chorvath@gcada.org or Danielle Williams at dwilliams@gcada.org, or call 440-746-1500.

Thank you for your continued support!
